Kimberly Biddy joined EPB in 2019 and serves as Manager, Digital, Social, and Traditional Media. Her responsibilities include the long-term management and development of EPB’s media strategy as it affects all aspects of the business, including the customer experience.
Kimberly has over 20 years’ experience in content marketing and advertising with an expertise at structuring and managing large brands and mapping the various touchpoints that lead customers through the activation funnel. During her career, she has partnered with many industry categories like fast food, wireless, cable, healthcare, public power, logistics, tourism, and financial lending - to name a few.
Kimberly was the Media Director for The Johnson Group, an award-winning regional advertising agency located in Chattanooga and also led the Advertising Agency partnerships for Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare Division in North America. Throughout her career, Kimberly has staffed and managed media buying and planning teams, in-house, virtually, and multiple external partnerships stateside and abroad. Her experience includes translating media strategies across all platforms including traditional, digital, social, and experiential media into a brand’s holistic consume experience.
