Jeff Manning is Vice President Network Strategy for Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Shentel) based in Edinburg, Virginia. Shentel owns an extensive regional network with over 15,600 route miles of fiber and provides broadband internet, video, voice, high-speed Ethernet, dark fiber leasing, and managed network services to over 475,000 passings across seven contiguous states in the eastern United States. Jeff is responsible for Shentel’s network strategy, capital and supply chain management, engineering and operations data analytics and process improvement. His career in telecommunications began in 1993 and he has held various technical, engineering and leadership roles during his time in the industry. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Project Management and a Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University. He is an active member of the FBA and currently serves on both the Supply Chain and In-Home Experience working groups. Jeff, his wife and their two childrren live in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
