Joshua Seidemann Vice President, Policy and Industry Innovation of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, where he focuses on federal regulatory issues and tech market trends affecting the rural telecom industry. Josh leads research initiatives for the NTCA Smart Communities initiative and is staff liaison for the NTCA Innovation & Business Opportunity Committee and Tribal Affairs Task Force. He serves on several government-industry work groups, including the Federal Communications Commission Precision Ag Task Force, the NIST Global City Technology Challenge, and the Ohio Broadband and 5G Sector Partnership. He has authored papers on rural economic development, ag tech, and digital inclusion, and is a contributor on related issues to trade media. Josh holds undergraduate and law degrees from Yeshiva University and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New Jersey, and New York, and is certified corporate counsel in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
