Hi, I’m Thayne, Center Director at Oneonta Job Corps Academy in New York, where I lead an amazing team of professionals inspiring youth to achieve success in their chosen careers. I have had the privilege of working at Job Corps since 1998 in many different roles, and I have been in my current role since 2022. This experience, coupled with my love of working with career-minded youth, will continue to fuel my passion to grow as a company.

Our goal is to provide a student-centered delivery model where students have a positive experience in a modern training program, and we connect with meaningful partners to ensure a successful transition for our graduates into their career pathway. I believe in the growth of staff and students as the key to our program, where everyone matters and contributes to our success.
