Pamela is responsible for the Broadband Office at Brightspeed, joining Brightspeed prior to the acquisition of Lumen Technologies CenturyLink assets in 20 states, to set up their broadband grant program. At Brightspeed, she is responsible for a team that strategically identifies opportunities, models and submits grant applications, and then addresses all compliance and reporting associated with Brightspeed's successful broadband grant program. Prior to Brightspeed, Pamela worked for over 20 years in the telecom industry, in multiple regulatory, legal and compliance positions from tw telecom to Level 3 to CenturyLink. Early in her career she was in private practice, standing up a telecommunications practice at several Indianapolis law firms. Her sports loyalties are mixed, having attended Purdue University for a double masters in Political Science and Communications before obtaining her law degree from Indiana University School of Law. She lives in Indianapolis with her two sons and four dogs (all rescues) and tries to balance work and ‘fun’ like CrossFit, triathlons, running and hiking.
