Melissa Henderson Mann is Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Government Affairs at Lumen Technologies.
In this role, Melissa leads a team of professionals who engage state and federal policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders across North America—advocating for policies that enable Lumen to unleash the worlds digital potential.
She previously served as Vice President for Regulatory and Legislative Affairs for the 22-state west region at Lumen, where she acted as the company’s principal advocate with state policymakers.
Prior to joining Lumen, Melissa held several senior roles across state government, serving as the first female Chief of Staff to a Louisiana Governor.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and currently serves on several industry boards, including serving as a member of the executive committee of the US Telecom Association. A Louisiana native, she and her husband reside in Baton Rouge with their daughter.
