The Learning Alliance Corporation and Wireless Infrastructure Association host an innovative and pivotal educational workshop, designed to align with and solve the needs and challenges of the telecommunications industry. This workshop is a strategic initiative to support employers in comprehending and implementing a system of executive support, workforce development inclusion, and talent acquisition approaches that enable a certification pathway, like FBA’s OpTIC Path, to help companies meet BEAD Funding expansion initiatives in Fiber Broadband deployments nationwide. The target audience is diverse, encompassing telecommunications employers of all sizes, associations, training providers, workforce development boards, Broadband Offices, and colleges/universities. The goal is to establish strong workforce development approaches that attract, train, and maintain industry workers.
